一 |     8月25日消息，燧原科技发布公告称，公司首次公开发行股票并在科创板上市，计划发行4303.5173万股新股，占发行后总股本的10%，发行后总股本约为4.30亿股。     本次发行采用战略配售、网下发行与网上发行相结合的方式进行。    (ECNS) -- Guizhou “Village T”, a fashion showcase rooted in the ethnic cultures of southwest China’s Guizhou Province, made its debut at New Zealand Fashion Week (NZFW) in Auckland on Thursday.     The showcase was part of CHINA NOW, a program highlighting contemporary Chinese fashion.        Guizhou brand Gu Axin presented the showcase alongside Chinese designer brand J BY HO.    Gu Axin draws on traditional embroidery, silverwork and ethnic clothing with a modern twist, while J BY HO focuses on high-end ready-to-wear.     Launched in 2024, the“Village T” has attracted tens of thousands of participants in China, appearing at major events including China International Fashion Week.    Unlike conventional runway shows, it stages catwalks in villages, terraced fields and traditional bridges, with local residents — from children to seniors — serving as models.     The Auckland showcase brought this distinctive form of ethnic fashion to an international audience, highlighting how Guizhou’s traditions can be reinterpreted through contemporary design.    Organizers said the event offered cultural exchange, linking China’s ethnic heritage with New Zealand’s multicultural creative scene.     (By Helen Mo & intern Liu Shuangjing)                        。其中，初始战略配售数量为860.7034万股，网下初始发行2754.2639万股，网上初始发行688.55万股。    根据时间安排，初步询价日为2026年8月28日，网上及网下申购日均为9月2日。     值得关注的是，燧原科技目前尚未实现盈利。

二 | 若上市时仍处于亏损状态，公司将按规定纳入科创板科创成长层。本次发行的保荐机构为中信证券，联席主承销商由国泰海通证券和广发证券共同担任。    燧原科技成立于2018年3月，与摩尔线程、沐曦股份、壁仞科技并称为“国产GPU四小龙”。     根据招股书上会稿，公司此次拟募集资金60亿元，主要用于第五代和第六代AI芯片系列产品的研发及产业化，以及先进人工智能软硬件协同创新项目。三个募投项目拟投入金额分别约为15.03亿元、11.97亿元和33亿元。    在技术积累方面，截至2025年末，燧原科技已取得境内发明专利313项，累计承担国家级及地方科技攻关项目12项，并参与制定58项AI芯片与智算系统领域的国家及行业标准。
